Ella Blinov, formerly of Toronto beloved mother of George Blinov and his wife Carol of Beaverton and Lydia Rambo and her husband Keith of Pefferlaw. Loving Grandmother of Adam Blinov (Nichole) and Paul Blinov and Great Grandmother of Harrison Blinov. Predeceased by her parents Gregorii and Agrippina, and her brothers Viktor and Aleksandr. Special mother to Cathy and Nanna to Sandra and Christine and their families. Fondly remembered by her colleagues at the University of Toronto and her many friends. In 1942, she was transported to Herford, Germany as a forced labourer. Following liberation in 1945 she stayed in various D.P. camps in Germany until 1948 when she immigrated to Canada to begin a new life. Funeral Service in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. Visitation from 1:00 p.m. Interment, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton. Memorial Donations to Southlake Village, 640 Grace Street, Newmarket L3Y 2L1 would be appreciated by the family.
