Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the age of 76 years. Don Murray of Sutton by the Lake, beloved husband of Janice (nee Duchaine). Dear father of Jennifer LaPointe and her husband Chris, Rob Murray and his wife Crystal, Susan Connolly and her husband Dave, and Patti Ground and her husband Jamie. Loving grandfather of Sarah (Chris), Samantha (Matt), James, Brandon, T.J., Alec, Harrison, Sam and Maggie. Dear brother of Jean Tufts and her husband Dave, Nan Backewich, Jackie Holmes and her husband Archie and Margaret O'Leary. Predeceased by his sister Sheila. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations to Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, would be appreciated by the family.
