Peacefully at Cedarvale Lodge, Keswick on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at the age of 95 years after a gallant battle with cancer. Flo Blackwell (nee Archer) of Sutton, beloved wife of the late George Blackwell. Dear Mother of Rose Hill (Walt Mercer) of Sutton, Donna Friesen (Harry) of Calgary and Ron Blackwell of New Brunswick. Mother in law of Ed Palmer of Bradford. Predeceased by her daughter Valerie Palmer and son in law Bob Hill. Loving Nana of Michael, Andrew, Christina, Jason, Robert and Natalie. Great Nana of Cody and Rielly. Dear sister of Raymond Archer of Nova Scotia. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton, Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
