Peacefully at River Glen Haven Nursing Home, Sutton, on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the age of 87 years. George Beechener of Sutton, beloved husband of the late Joan Smith. Dear father of Susan Magee (Dan) of Sutton, Louisa Petten (Al) of Keswick, Mathew Burke (Dorrie) of Abbotsford, BC., Heather Giesbrecht (Ted) of Keswick and John Hood (Jill) of Sutton. Grandfather of Dave (Laura), Danielle (John), Dylan (Lexi), Darin, Jasmine, Cindy, the late Ricki, Kenny, Elizabeth, Frankie, Samantha, Candice, Olivia and Monique and grandfather to Gordon, the late Elizabeth, Jessica, Adon, Issac and Silvara and greatgrandfather of Hennessey. Dear brother of Joyce Josie, Helen Carle, Marvin Beechener and the late Jim Beechener. Fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends.
