McVeigh, James Thomas

Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at the age of 92 years. Jim McVeigh, of Keswick, beloved father of Michael McVeigh (Lindy) of Vernon, BC, Linda Jaeger (Carsten) of Calgary, AB and the late Cheryl McVeigh. Loving Grandpa of Landon (Sara), Shane, Melanie, and Suzanne. Remembered by his extended family, especially Gina (John), and his friends especially Terry, Yvonne, and Ruth. The family extends their thanks and gratitude for the assistance given to Jim by his friends and neighbours.  A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Friday December 8, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. with visitation from 12:30 p.m. Memorial condolences may be made at www.forrestandtaylor.com
