Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Monday, March 2, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Jean Gibson (nee Peters) of Sutton, beloved wife of the late Cecil Gibson (1981). Dear mother of Louise King and her husband Henry of Sutton and Adele Whyte and her husband Andrew of Virginia ON. Loving grandmother of Michael (Ruth), Terry (Louise), Richard (Carolyn) and Tammy (Danny). Great Grandmother of Brittany, Ashlee, Toni and Alysha. Dear sister of Kenneth, Doris, Isabel, Grace (Ken), Doug (Joan), Dan (Marilyn), Jack (Grace), Bev (Earl) and Colleen. Predeceased by her siblings Kay, Bill, Ted, Marjorie and Ronnie. Fondly remembered by Bobby Pattinson, her nieces and her nephews. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jean's life will take place in the De La Salle Park Chapel on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Visitation from 2:00 p.m. Interment of cremated remains, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton.
