Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Sunday, March 1, 2015, at the age of 83 years. Jeanne Routledge (nee Big Canoe) of Sutton, beloved mother of Steven, Sylvia (Edward McCue), and Brian. Loving grandmother of Michael (Amanda), Gregory, and Amy Jeanne; Elizabeth, and William. Great grandmother of Noah, Jeffrey, Jackson, Victoria, Elayna, Eden, Ariel, and Ryan. Dear sister of Gordon (Nancy) Big Canoe, and sister-in-law of Beryl Big Canoe. Predeceased by Betty, Rena, Winona, Graydon, Bill, and George. Beloved Aunt of many, and special aunt of Nancy (Gary), Allan (Madeline), Ivy Lynne, Karen, Cathy, Dawna (Pat), Suzanne (Scott), Brett (Lynn), Lise, Mary (Bill), Johnny, Janet (P.J.). Fondly remembered by her best friend Doreen DiPietro. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of The Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, today, Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. . Cremation to follow. Spring interment of cremated remains in Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
