Peacefully at the home and in the company of his sister, in Virginia, ON, on Monday, March 22, 2010 at the age of 56 years. John David Gay, loving son of Doris Gay (nee Woolsey) and the late Russell Gay. Dearest brother of Dianne Gay. David will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. David spent his career overseeing bridge and road construction for the MTO. His last project was the construction of the Lewiston Bridge. David was a member of the Masonic order with Malone Lodge No. 512, GRC, AF & AM. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday. Masonic Memorial Service in the funeral home, Friday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel, Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Sick Kids Foundation, Burn Unit, 525 University Avenue, 14th Floor, Toronto, ON M5G 2L3, or the Ontario SPCA, 16586 Woodbine Avenue, RR#3, Newmarket, ON L3Y 4W1, would be appreciated by the family.
