Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Center, Newmarket on Monday, February 16, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Joe Carpenter of Jackson's Point formerly of Mississauga beloved husband of Madeline (Madge) (nee Cain). Dear father of Patricia Yule and Janet Turner both of Mississauga. Loving grandfather Cpl. Cameron Yule, Scott Yule and Jennifer Turner. Survived by his sisters Frances Sigurdson of P.E.I. and Grace Orr of Thornhill. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2009. Veterans Service in the funeral home, Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 20916 Dalton Road, Sutton, Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton.
