Peacefully at Mount Sanai Hospital, Toronto, on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at the age of 59 years. Josephine Freeman of Sutton, beloved mother of Hawanatu (Vivian), Laminatu (Lamin), Emily and Veronica. Loving Grandma of Ibrahim-Sorie, Laminata, Emile, Vivian, Vivette, Josephine and Abdul Rahman. Lovingly remembered by her partner John Newhouse and her friends Veronica and Tim along with her church family at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. Cremation has taken place. A Private Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton. Interment of cremated remains, Briar Hill Cemetery, Sutton, Memorial donations to the St Andrew's Presbyterian Church - Sierra Leone Project.
