Peacefully at his home in Virginia Beach on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the age of 52 years. Kevin Fraser, beloved companion of Wendy Natoli. Step father of Ryan Natoli and Amanda Natoli (Jason McCarthy) and Poppa of Dustin McCarthy, Rylee McCarthy and Clarke Natoli. Beloved son of Jack Fraser and Joyce Leger. Dear brother of Dickie, Steven, Keith, Jeanie, Larry and Peter. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Sunday from 12:00 noon until time of the service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
