Peacefully after a short illness at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, on Friday, December 31, 2010 at the age of 91 years. Otto Galea of Pefferlaw, beloved husband of Jean (nee Laycoe). Dear father of Mark Galea (Diane) of Stoney Creek, Laura Galea (David) of Oakville, Gail Galea - Andrews (Darrell) of Oakville, Martin Galea (Kristin) of Sarasota, Florida and John Galea of Alliston. Loving grandfather of Christopher, Kevin, Ashley, Brandon and Cameron and great grandfather of Seamus. Fondly remembered by Jean's children and grandchildren. Dear brother of Gaston Galea of Etobicoke, predeceased by Edmond Galea, Yolanda Galea and Etienne Galea. A Memorial Service will be held in the Virginia United Church, 28280 Highway 48, Pefferlaw, on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations to Virginia United Church would be appreciated by the family.
