Roger Camille Cassista

Roger passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 1, 2024, at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto, with his family by his side, after a brief illness.  Roger was born in Grand Falls, New Brunswick.  He is predeceased by his Father, Leodore Cassista (1906-1976) and his Mother, Marie Jeanne (Beaulieu) Cassista (1912-1976).  Roger loved to travel and was able to see most of Canada and abroad in his career as a Property Manager.  Later in his life, he went back to school in British Columbia as he always enjoyed expanding his knowledge. He received his Diploma in Computer Maintenance Technology.  He moved back to Ontario to be closer to his family and spent 25 plus years employed by Hannah Property Management, until his retirement.   Roger was a private man but loved spending time with family and friends and fishing with his Grandsons.

Roger leaves behind his beloved children, Michelle (Steve) Sleep, Jason (Wendy) Cassista.   Cherished Grandchildren Tyler (Katherine), Jesse, Brandon, Matthew (Brenna).  Great Grandchildren Reese, Rhett, Nivarah, Razikeen and Kaspin.    Dear brother of Gerry (2019), Enoil, Darise (Joe), Herman (2019) (Pam), Verna (1994), Rollande (2018), Reál (Ena), Jacqueline (Russ), Linda (Roger) and Carmelle (Maurice) and all his Nieces and Nephews.

Cremation has taken place.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
