Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Ron Taylor of Sutton by the Lake, formerly of Keswick and Richmond Hill, beloved husband of Ruth (nee Gibson). Dear father of Tom (Linda) of Grand Bend, Lynda Thompson (Dave) of Hamilton and Scott (Lois) of Pefferlaw. Loving Grandad and Poppa of Sarah (Craig), Gordie (Krystle), Ryan (Crystal), Daelyn (Matt), BJ ( Nikki), Andrea (Rob), Kailey (Jason), Russ (Alli), Michelle (Steve) and Steph (Jessie) and Great Grandad of Maya, Abby, Lilly, Emma and Reid. Fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends, here and in Florida. Ron was the fortunate recipient of a liver transplant in 1995 for which the family are eternally grateful. Special thank you to Drs. Lilly and Cole of TGH, and Dr. Berger of Richmond Hill and the staff of Southlake Cardiology and Palliative Care. Cremation has taken place. A family celebration of Ron`s life will be held at a later date.
