From our grieving hearts, we announce his peaceful passing at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Monday, April 13, 2009 with his wife by his side. Ron Rogers of Pefferlaw, beloved husband of Mary-Jane (nee Fender). Predeceased by his wife Betty (nee Whale). Beloved father of Kim and his wife Rosemary of Bracebridge and Karen Rogers of Calgary. Loving grandfather of Brent (Nicky), Kandice (Andy), Ken (Jaclyn), and Tim (Tracey) and great grandfather of Kaylee, Robert, Samantha and the late Peyton. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Friday, April 17th at 12:30 p.m. Visitation in the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. Our heartfelt thanks to all staff at Southlake Regional Health Centre for their care to Ron over the past few years and a very special thank you to Dr. John Hall and his wonderful staff for their care, support and sound advice.
