In Slave Lake, Alberta, on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at the age of 29 years. Roy O'Brien of Willow Beach, beloved son of Roy and Denise (nee Ralph) O'Brien. Loving father of Rayley of Slave Lake. Dear brother of Kevin. Grandson of Marguerite and William Ralph and Great Grandson of Vera Kelter. Predeceased by his grandparents John and Eva O'Brien. Nephew of Maureen Sprong (Hank), Evelyn Burry (Colin), Elizabeth O'Brien, Calvin O'Brien (Bridgett), Jerome O'Brien, John O'Brien (Debbie) and Valentine O'Brien (Priscilla). Predeceased by his uncles Gordon and Kevin O'Brien. Lovingly remembered by his extended family in Newfoundland and his special friends in Alberta. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service in the chapel Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
