Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket while surrounded by her family, after a long illness on Monday June 7, 2010 at the age of 81. Ruthe Bodley (nee Brooks) of Sutton, beloved wife of 57 years to Charles Bodley. Dear mother of Susan Wright and her husband Brad of Ottawa and Karen D'Arcy and her husband Bob of London. Loving Grandmother of Brennan (Christine), Heather, Emily, Danielle and Ryan. Dear sister of Charles Brooks of Gananoque. Predeceased by her sisters Lois and Joy and brother Harry. Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Ruthe was a long time member of Knox United Church Sutton. Funeral service in Knox United Church 34 Market Street, Sutton, Saturday at 1:00 pm. Visitation in the church from 12 noon Saturday. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to Knox United Church P.O. Box 989 Sutton, L0E 1R0 would be appreciated by the family.
