Peacefully with his family at his side, at York Central Hospital, Richmond Hill, on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the age of 56 years. Sam York, of Georgina Island, beloved son of the late Dorothy Noganosh. Dear husband of Elaine Tayler, Loving father of Shannon (Scott), and Michael (Rashida). Loving Papa of Sean, Makayla, Marcus, Aydin and Kaori. Dear brother of Annette Noganosh (Randy) and uncle of Shalane and Stephen. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday. Funeral Service in the Georgina Island United Church "NAM'EWIGAMIG" Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Visitation in the church from 12:00 noon Saturday. Cremation to follow. Summer interment of cremated remains, Georgina Island Cemetery.
