It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Shirley Caroline Bain (nee Tode), peacefully on Tuesday, October 8th 2019, at Riverglen Haven Nursing Home, in her 84th year. Dear mother of Robert Bain (Gabby), Lori Lamping (Terry), predeceased by her son Michael Bain, (Melanie). Grandmother to Elizabeth (Josh), Grace, Jessica (Ian), Jennifer, Justin (Jamie), Jordan, Great Grandmother to Jackson and Bryce, and to Lochlan and Griffin. Lovingly remembered by sister Francis Stafford and many, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends. Special thank you to all the staff at Riverglen for the wonderful care and compassion during her time there and her end days, you are truly all angels. Donations in Shirley's honour can be made to York Region Alzheimer's Society. Cremation to take place followed by a Private Family service.
