Peacefully in her husbands arms at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at the age of 46 years. Susie Chapman (nee Routledge) of Jackson's Point, beloved wife of Neil. Loving and devoted mother of Tiana and Carter. Beloved daughter of Ruth Routledge of Newmarket and the late Ronald Routledge. Sister of Cynthia Routledge of Keswick and Jeffrey Routledge and his wife Peg of Malibu, California and sister in law of Sue Chapman of Toronto. Fabulous aunt of Aimee, Jenna, Jon, Tori, Jake, Nolan and James. Much loved niece of Bill and Lois Sweetland. Lovingly remembered by her many friends. A Memorial Visitation will be held in the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Saturday, April 18, 2009. Memorial Service in Knox United Church, 34 Market Street, Sutton, Sunday at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:00 p.m.
