Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at the age of 78 years. Pud Porte, of Georgina Island, beloved husband of Patricia (Ms. Pat) (nee Lesage). Predeceased by his parents Phyllis and Tom Porte. Dear father of Angela, Donna (Andre), Thomas, Jonathan, the late Cindy, Jackie, Maureen, Michael, Arnold, Wayne, Dan, Janey and the late Joseph. Loving grandfather of Jamie, Shawna, Joseph, B.J., Ocean, Pam, Tyler, Mary, David and Rhonda. Dear brother of Glenda (Andy), Sarge (Sheila). Predeceased by his brother Orville (Abner) and sisters Doreen, Daphne, Irma. Greatly missed by his extended family and friends. Resting in the Georgina Island Community Centre from 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 7, 2010 until time of the Funeral Service in the community Centre, Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
