Peacefully at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Hospital, on Monday, September 8, 2014 at the age of 44 years. Tracey Holtzheimer (nee Hardiman), beloved wife of Jan Holtzheimer of Zephyr. Loving mother of Mikaela and Sarah, both at home. Much loved daughter of Lillian and Leo Hardiman of St. John's, Newfoundland and daughter in law of Alois and Marga Holtzheimer of Zephyr. Dear sister of Louise Penton (Dan), Wade Hardiman, Leon Hardiman and Chris Hardiman (Roanna) and aunt of Jessica, Colleen, Kayden and Josh. Fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends. Resting at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday. Funeral Service in Zephyr Mount Pleasant Missionary Church, 14209 Durham Regional Road 39, Zephyr, Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Visitation in the church from 12:00 noon. Cremation to follow.
