Vess Ciemins passed away peacefully, following a brief illness, at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021, at the age of 73 years. Vess was predeceased by his cherished wife Shirley, brother Karl and sister Skaidrite. Loving father to Angie Harrison (Brian), Russ Ciemins (Carlene Heck) and Brad Ciemins (Lesley Vivian). Grandchildren Peter, Ben and Breigh Harrison, Daren and Chad Ciemins and Ashton and Haisley Ciemins will miss their Poppa dearly. Along with his extended family, longtime friends appreciated his kindness, generosity and willingness to help others. We are grateful for the support from Vess's Sutton-by-the-Lake neighbours and for the compassion and care given by the Palliative Care team at Southlake RHC. Cremation has taken place. We look forward to hosting friends and family at a Celebration of Life for both Vess and Shirley at an appropriate time in the future.
