Carole & Greg Forrest

Carole and Greg Forrest are the proud owners of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home.

Greg has been a licensed funeral director for over 30 years now, having worked in both the northern and southern parts of Ontario.

Carole has a diploma in Business administration having graduated from Canadore College in 1985.  

Greg started working for Robert Taylor in 1992 as a junior funeral director. In 2001, Carole and Greg purchased half of the funeral home from the Taylor Family. In 2008, they purchased the second half of the company. Carole is active within the funeral home as an office administrator and assists where needed. Greg, as a licensed funeral director, is responsible for the funeral arrangements for the families they serve. Together they have worked as a team serving the community of Sutton, Jackson's Point, Pefferlaw, and beyond.

Carole and Greg are active in the community by participating in various functions and organizations. Greg is currently the acting chairperson of the Sutton Business Improvement Association (BIA), and officer of the Malone Masonic Lodge. They both enjoy curling, boating, riding the motorcycle and other activities that the area has to offer.

They have two children, Russell and Audree.  Russell persues his educational dreams  in public health and medicine, while Audree has joined the family business in both an administrative and Funeral director's assistant position, helping out where ever it is needed.
